Workforce Equity Program

The Workforce Training Program seeks to address marginalization and inequality by increasing student job access and employment equity opportunities through paid workforce training  positions to help overcome college and career inequities. This is done by connecting student’s professional interests with job opportunities. This is accomplished through public-private partnerships with businesses, non-profits, and other organizations who provide these paid workforce training positions for SVA juniors, seniors, and alumni.
