Contract: 239-Days per school year | Shift: Morning, starting at 6:15 AM
Hourly Rate: $21–$28/hour (based on experience)

South Valley Academy is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of maintenance, custodial services, and general care of our school campus. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee custodial and maintenance staff and schedules.
 Perform general maintenance and minor repairs.
 Maintain cleanliness and safety of indoor and outdoor facilities.
 Support special projects as needed.
 Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
 Experience in general maintenance, custodial work, and groundskeeping.
 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and lead a team.
 Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
 Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
