Julie Radoslovich
Principal / Director

Julie Radoslovich returned to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2001 after a career as a Policy Analyst with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C. Ms. Radoslovich holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She is a National Board Certified Teacher in English Language Arts and completed her Educational Specialist Certificate with distinction at University of New Mexico.  She grew up in Albuquerque’s South Valley and graduated from Rio Grande High School. She has three adult children and lives in the community with her husband. Ms. Radoslovich enjoys gardening, baking, playing volleyball, and bird calling.

Jennifer Gable
High School Head Teacher

Jenn Gable began her teaching journey as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan in 1996.  After moving back to the United States, she chose to live and teach in New Mexico.  Jenn has been teaching in New Mexico now for 14 years.  For the last ten years, she has been teaching High School Science at South Valley Academy.  Jenn was the first in her family to go to college.  She received a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University, Teaching Certification through UNM’s Santa Fe Intern Program, and a Masters in Science from NM Tech.  She is a Level 3 teacher with a passion for public education and social justice.  Jenn loves the outdoors – hiking, biking, camping, and birding in particular.  Jenn lives in Albuquerque with her husband and two young children.  

Sariah Bujanda
Interim Middle School Head Teacher 

Sariah Bujanda became a science and math educator after working briefly as a civil engineer in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sariah holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership with distinction, both from University of New Mexico. She has a strong personal connection with advocating for first generation Mexican-American students as well as first-generation college bound students, because she identifies as both. Sariah is also a STEM advocate and was awarded Outstanding STEM Teacher in Albuquerque Public Schools in 2017. She grew up in the border city of El Paso, Texas and moved to Albuquerque in 2001. She lives in Albuquerque with her husband and two children. Sariah enjoys traveling, hot yoga, and baking.

David Bryant
Dean of Students

David Bryant is from the South Valley. Having graduated from Rio Grande High School, he knows the types of challenges students face in this community. David Bryant earned a BA in Psychology and a BA in Spanish from the University of New Mexico. After having pursued an MA in Counseling through Webster University’s Graduate Program, David decided to focus his career on becoming a stronger educator. He has worked at South Valley Academy for ten years. David is proud to have served on the design team for the new SVA Middle School. He enjoys watching movies, traveling, cooking, and is very active in the theatre community in Albuquerque, both as a director and performer.
